That’s our mission and we are living up to that promise. We serve over 400 farm families to reach their goals with farm-to-table products. Back in 2020, when the big packing houses shut down, small producers experienced a backlog in processing their meat. The demand for quality USDA processing was growing and processors couldn’t keep up. That’s how Oxbow Meats began - to fill the void for our farmers.

And we’ve done just that- our farmers now have more access to USDA processing which means our Kentucky farmers and families win. More fresh meat for all.

Conveniently located just off the Bluegrass Parkway on Hwy. 127 in Lawrenceburg, our hometown Butcher shop features the best of Kentucky agricultural products. From local pasture-raised beef, lamb, pork, and poultry, to our fresh Kentucky Proud dairy products and produce, Oxbow Meats is your one-stop shop for all your local groceries.
